What is the Good Health is Good Business Program?
Creating supportive environments and opportunities for healthier, more productive employees is essential when creating a culture of wellness. Good Health is Good Business is an energetic program that is back for the 4th year!

The Good Health is Good Business challenges provide the accessibility and ease of technology to log and track a healthy lifestyle for professionals. The challenges provide the spirit of team work, friendly competition, prizes and incentives to keep participants motivated. Joining the Good Health is Good Business program is an inspirational way for employees to get healthy and make positive choices to change their lives and improve every businesses bottom line!

The Good Health is Business Program began in 2012 as a comprehensive health and wellness program coordinated by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce with other community partners to help educate the community and create individual and business awareness and participation.
In its 4th year, the Good Health is Good Business program consists of two eight week challenge periods, one in the spring and one in the fall.  The challenge encourages businesses to promote a healthy workplace environment and fosters an active lifestyle for employees.
  • NEW THIS YEAR:
The Good Health is Business Program is going LIVE! With an online portal system, track your exercise, nutrition and wellness activity quickly and easily each week. Live leader boards, weekly progress emails and mobile application integration creates an accessible, fun and competition-friendly environment for all participants.

Team Challenge

Gather 4 – 6 co-workers, friends or family members to join you in the competition friendly team challenge. In this challenge every participant will have a personal login and track their individual activity but only team names will be displayed on the live leaderboards as teams will be competing against each other. We encourage business names to be included in the team name to create friendly competition between Tri-City businesses.

Individual Challenge

Don’t want to compete as a team? Then the Individual challenge is perfect for you! In the individual challenge, each person will receive a personal login and track their activity and compete against other individuals. The individual’s names will be displayed on the live leaderboards.
