GOOD HEALTH IS
GOOD BUSINESS

Good Health is Good Business strives to provide participants a holistic approach to their health in a competitive 6-week program - focusing on physical health, mental health, social health, and everything in between. It’s no surprise: healthy employees drive high-performing companies. By engaging employees in activities that promote health and wellbeing, Good Health is Good Business is helping organizations increase productivity and decrease absenteeism.

The 2020 Good Health is Good Business program ended on November 29. Stay tuned for information on the 2021 program!

ABOUT GOOD HEALTH IS GOOD BUSINESS
TEAM CHALLENGE

The team challenge consists of teams of 4-6 people. These can be friends, family, or co-workers. In this challenge, each participant will have a login and track their individual activity but only team names will be displayed on the live leaderboards as teams will be competing against each other. We encourage business names to be included in the team name to create friendly competition between Tri-City businesses. The team challenge costs $8 per person (must register a team of 4-6)
INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE

Interested in competing on your own? In the individual challenge, each person will receive a personal login and track their activity while competing against other individuals. The individual’s names will be displayed on the live leaderboards. The individual challenge costs $10 per person.
