Business owners, investors, and developers have a unique opportunity to be part of the growth in the heart of Pasco. The City is seeking proposals to buy and activate three pieces of downtown property currently owned by the City. Each piece of property is currently zoned C-2 Central Business District, which allows a wide variety of businesses and the optional development of residential units above the first floor.
The properties include a large, single-story building next door to the Pasco Farmers Market, an empty lot ready for development, and a move-in-ready space on Lewis Street. Interested bidders should submit proposals that attract visitors and contribute to the downtown culture, with a focus on a pedestrian-friendly environment. Information about the properties, submission requirements, and selection process is available here: RFP/Bid Postings • Request for Proposals - Purchase & Activate Interested parties are invited to review the available properties and submit proposals no later than July 17, 2026.
