City of Pasco to Host Capital Improvement and Transportation Improvement Plan Outreach Events4/2/2026 The City of Pasco will host two upcoming public meetings to gather input on updates to the City’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP).
These plans guide how Pasco invests in critical infrastructure that supports daily life and future growth. The Capital Improvement Plan focuses on City-funded projects such as parks, public facilities, and utility systems. The Transportation Improvement Plan outlines transportation investments over the next six years, including roadway improvements, safety upgrades, and mobility projects. Community input plays an important role in shaping these plans and helping the City prioritize projects that reflect Pasco’s needs today and into the future. The outreach meetings provide an opportunity for residents and community stakeholders to learn about proposed projects, ask questions, and share feedback before the plans are finalized and presented for adoption.
