HAPO Community Credit Union Strengthens Regional Healthcare Through Continued Community Investment4/6/2026 HAPO Community Credit Union is proud to support and partner with leading healthcare organizations that deliver critical medical services to individuals and families throughout the communities we serve. From sponsoring the Grace Clinic Gala to investing in regional healthcare foundations, HAPO remains deeply committed to expanding access to quality care and strengthening the long-term health of the region.
As part of this commitment, HAPO is serving as a sponsor of the Grace Clinic Gala, an event being held on April 24, 2026 and that generates vital support for Grace Clinic, the region’s only free clinic providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services to uninsured, low-income adults in the Tri-Cities. Proceeds from the gala help ensure that individuals facing financial barriers can continue to receive the essential care they need. “Community is at the heart of everything we do at HAPO,” said Kandy Bowlsby, Director of Community Engagement, “Healthcare access is foundational to a thriving community. By supporting organizations like Grace Clinic and many others, we are investing in the overall wellbeing of our community.” HAPO’s healthcare support extends well beyond a single event. The credit union proudly partners with organizations such as the Kadlec Foundation, the Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation, and Children’s Village, along with numerous other healthcare-focused nonprofits across Washington and Oregon. Through these partnerships, HAPO helps advance critical services including: •Cancer treatment and patient support programs •Pediatric therapies and specialized child development services •Access to hospital equipment and expanded care facilities •Preventative care, screenings, and health education initiatives •Free and low-cost medical services for uninsured adults These collaborations reflect HAPO’s broader Community Initiative, which prioritizes addressing essential community needs and long-term community stability.
