I am contacting you now for a final request for woodsprings suites, Richland wa. To return every single item of my personal belongings that has been stolen, kept, and tossed in the garbage by your hotel employees. I stayed at this motel from September 1, 2022 to Approx. March 1, 2023. That's 7 months approx. 210 plus or minus a few. I gave your company approx $19950.00 at $95.00 per day. I was forced out of my room because a local church was going to assist us in helping pay our rent. Chris your gm at the time was rude disrespectful, didn't care 1 bit that he locked us out of our room refusing to let me get my service dog our belongings or nothing refused entry. My fiance and our 8yr daughter lives here. Everything we owned was in that room. I do online resale of refurbish or new items. My entire inventory was there, an impressive and very large sports card collection, dishes, pots pans , Josh's cloths personal and work, our daughters brand new $300.00 dollhouse and her victorian doll house her toys cloths, electric scooter, longboard, her tablet, etc. Our hygeine, food, small appliances, jewelry, collector cigar boxes, our important documents, medications. Everything. Your company kept and still has partial items in our room allegedly #430 since our forced departure date. I have called your motel approx. 50 plus times as well as at least 12 personal face to face contacting at the lobby in person given every excuse not to be allowed to get our stuff. Most recent there has been some serious legal issues with Chris recently fired for defrauding your company iam told. Not my problem. The stand in guy was beyond the worst. I was threatened, belittled verbally, verbally bashed, shunned, discriminated, disrespected as well as verbally repermanded as though I was a child in front of numerous guests in the parking lot as well as my family and friends. You have not given me my things returned them. I will pursue legal action with an attorney and by the mounds of negative marks from your company and illegally keeping our things, illegally being forced out and locked out, illegally keeping my service dog from me etc. I want absolutely everything I own returned. I know for a fact that Chris threw a mound of my belongings in the garbage. I want compensated for these items. I want someone that can actually settle this immediately. Call me 5094053579
I'm pretty sure your not wanting to deal with an additional court dates I won't tolerate this is emotional abuse mental the list is nauseating.
