Regional Advocacy Roundtable: Navigating Workforce Challenges with Your Local Workforce Development Council
Join us for a Regional Advocacy Roundtable focused on one of the biggest issues facing our local economy: workforce. Leaders from our Benton Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC) will walk us through the services they provide to employers and job seekers.
We’ll learn more about the challenges facing our region and the evolving workforce needs. We will also unpack recent workforce funding legislation and what it means on the ground for local businesses. Employers are still struggling to fill key roles and keep new hires. The BFWDC is the regions “traffic controllers” for job training and employment services.
Come learn about the services and how you can take advantage of them.
