Columbia Basin College
Columbia Basin College (CBC – 509.547.0511) offers its 13,000 students a full array of Associate Degree and Vocational/Technical career programs. The College works closely with regional employers to develop specific programs needed to train prospective workers for area businesses. The Workforce Training Center houses 120 computer work stations and provides state-of-the-art training customized to an employer’s needs.
Washington State University Tri-Cities
Washington State University Tri-Cities (WSU-TC – 509.372.7250) was founded in 1989 and is one of the four campuses in the WSU system. The campus serves approximately 1,800 students and offers 20 undergraduate and 20 graduate degrees. WSU Tri-Cities offers extensive opportunities for career experiences such as internships and co-ops with our partnering organizations adjacent to campus such as the Pacific Northwest National Lab and Hanford companies. Students receive a private school atmosphere for a public school cost, as well as our low faculty-to-student ratio.
WSU Tri-Cities strives to offer opportunities for dynamic student engagement, dynamic research experiences, and dynamic community engagement. Our campus values quality, innovation, experiential learning, community collaborations and a facility rich in diversity.
