Crafting a Cohesive Culture in the Workplace Randi Johnson, Chief Engagement Officer, Gravis Law, PLLC
About the Session:
This presentation explores the essential elements and strategies for developing a positive and effective workplace culture. Learn what constitutes a 'winning' culture, the initial steps leaders should take, and the common challenges faced. This session covers key areas such as employee engagement, the role of leadership, diversity and inclusion, effective communication, and continuous feedback, culminating in practical strategies for sustaining a strong culture over time.

About the Speaker:
Randi Johnson is a confident and accomplished professional, committed to public service, community engagement, and defending joy in all places. Randi’s entry into the legal industry was driven by her desire to contribute and help others. She guides her clients by presenting legal options, empowering them to make informed decisions.

After successfully building her own law firm, Randi’s passion for the business side of legal services led her to Gravis Law, where she now serves as the Chief Engagement Officer, assisting talented attorneys in building their practices and leading marketing and communications.

As a servant leader, Randi actively served on the Board of Directors for the WA State Developmental Disabilities Endowment Trust Fund (Governmental Appointment) and the National Association of Women Business Owners – NW Chapter. She is also a founding member and Active Chair of ConnectHER Idaho and an Executive Committee Member and was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. In addition, she is a proud Girl Scout Troop Leader,
Board Member of MothersEsquire, and Co-Founder of the Spokane/CDA Area Ladies Networking Group (LadyBoss), inspiring and empowering women in their professional journeys.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Randi enjoys reading, traveling, and staying active through road cycling and Peloton classes. She is also a certified End-Of-Life and Bereavement Doula, providing compassionate support to families navigating the difficult process of saying goodbye to a young child. Another interesting fact about her is that she has a remarkable auditory memory, allowing her to effortlessly memorize song lyrics after just one or two listens.
