​About the Speaker:
Angelica Montes is an Associate Director at PSE of WA. With a background in strategic communications, labor relations, and nonprofits, she specializes in data analytics by developing comprehensive and efficient analysis for various departments across the state to meet organizational goals and optimize the member experience.

Montes holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She has over 6 years of experience in labor relations and worked on research involving state labor projections, county salary comparisons and employer financial health reports. She has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from local businesses to state and national organizations, establishing partnerships and implementing effective strategies for growth and success.

In addition to her professional work, Montes is passionate about empowering others to unlock their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. She believes that strategic planning is a powerful tool that can help others break through barriers. Her mission is to provide others with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to create their own roadmaps to success.
