About the Speaker:
Betty McLean holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years, with extensive experience in both hospital settings and in-home care. After overcoming her own burnout, Betty made it her mission to help other nurses heal from burnout. In 2022, she founded Aim for Greatness Coaching, where she empowers individuals to overcome stress and overwhelm without leaving the careers they love.

A lifelong resident of the Columbia Basin, Betty resides in the Tri-Cities with her husband, two dogs, and a flock of Jersey Giant chickens. She enjoys swimming, paddleboarding, hiking, and running and has completed multiple half marathons. Betty also cherishes time with her large extended family.
