About the Speakers:
Deputy Chief Randy Aust brings over two decades of experience with Richland Fire & Emergency Services and a clear vision for the future. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Administration, from Eastern Oregon University, completed the Paramedic Program at Columbia Basin College, and is a 2022 graduate of the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program. Deputy Chief Aust also serves as an active board member for the Three Rivers Community Foundation and as the Community Services Director for Richland Rotary.

Cheri Montee is an accomplished Human Resources Director at Columbia Ability Alliance and an active member of Columbia Basin SHRM. She holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University, which complements her extensive experience leading HR initiatives across agriculture, general industry, and the nonprofit sector.
