Our strategic plan is designed to position the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce as a dynamic force in the region by focusing on three key priorities: Engage, Build, and Lead. Through targeted goals, we aim to grow the local economy, anticipate the needs of our diverse membership, and initiate positive change for the betterment of the region.
