The Small Business Incentive Program was established by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce (TCRCC) in 2011 thanks to the generous support of Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS). The Regional Chamber and WRPS have partnered again to offer this innovative program that helps strengthen small business in the Tri-Cities by providing grants to purchase key products or services! The Tri-City Regional Chamber strongly encourages award winners to make awarded purchases from other members of the Regional Chamber.
