​Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS), as a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing this Request for an Expression of Interest (EOI) to conduct market research to identify vendors interested in providing mobile food services on the Hanford Site located in Richland, Washington.

HMIS intends to secure the services of one or more mobile food service (truck) vendor(s) that are licensed in the State of Washington and with the Washington State Department of Health. Interested parties are invited to submit an EOI, which should be no longer than two (2) pages in length that includes the following information:

1. Describe a brief history of the company.
2. List how many full time and part time employees your company has, including any seasonal employees.
3. The normal Hanford schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00am – 4:30pm. The normal lunch rush is between 10am – 2pm, but HMIS will allow for flexibility. Please address any other obligations that would affect your ability to be on the site during those hours, or limited hours that you may have.
4. Provide written confirmation that your company is registered in the System For Award Management (www.sam.gov). Please provide whether your company’s socioeconomic size is small or large based on NAICS Code 722330 (Mobile Food Services).
5. Confirmation that all employees are U.S. Citizens. If they are not, please list the total number of employees that are Foreign Nationals.
6. Provide a copy of your latest health inspection report completed by the Washington State Department of Health. Please note: the report length is not counted in the overall two (2) page length requirement.

The Inaugural Wine Country Classic Charity Golf Tournament presented by Prosser Memorial Health Foundation will be held on September 10, 2021 at Black Rock Creek Golf Course in Sunnyside with a start time of 9:00 am.
