Prosser Memorial Health is excited to welcome Ashley Kristofzski to the Prosser Women’s Health Center team as a certified nurse midwife. Ashley received her BA in Human Development from the University of California, and an MSN from Pacific Lutheran University and Frontier Nursing University. She holds several medical certifications, including Basic Life Support, Inpatient Obstetrics, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
Ashley has been with Prosser Memorial Health for a few years as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Now as a midwife, she will be providing care that covers the lifespan of women, from adolescence to menopause. The ability to help women and provide a wider range of care is what drew Ashley to midwifery. Though midwives have a special focus on pregnancy and birthing care, Ashley has found it rewarding to be able to help women through other issues, like family planning, birth control, and teenagers entering adulthood. Ashley will be joining midwives Bailey Padilla and Becky Morris as PMH looks to embrace and invest in midwifery services to provide more options to our patients. With two young children of her own, Ashley and her husband can often be found on the soccer field or just enjoying time with their kids. PMH is proud to have Ashley begin her journey as a midwife with us! To learn more about Ashley and the services she will be providing, or to schedule an appointment, call the Prosser Women’s Health Center at 509.786.0031 or visit us online at prosserhealth.org.
