SCORE Workshop to Focus on "Mastering Challenging Conversations"

Presenter Heather Boynton from Ascent Solutions, LLC will be presenting a workshop on Mastering Challenging Conversations.  This workshop is sponsored by Numerica Credit Union.  You will learn:   How to effectively conduct challenging conversations in today’s world as a key competency needed inside and outside the workplace.

Whether you are delivering a difficult message, providing feedback or confronting an individual’s behavior, it is critical to objectively balance the facts and emotions involved. This is a lively and audience involved workshop that helps develop the skills needed to master conversations based on honesty, respect and openness for both inside and outside the workplace.   The workshop will be from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Monday, January 14 at the Bechtel Board Room at 7130 W Grandridge Blvd Ste A Kennewick.    This seminar is the latest in a series of workshops provided to the business community by SCORE, Mid-Columbia Tri-Cities Chapter.
