Education regarding cancer fighting properties of produce and ingredients will be provided by a Lourdes Health Dietician and Tri-Cities Cancer Center Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Lindsey Josephson. Participants will prepare a delicious, healthy dish to enjoy at Red Mountain Kitchen or to take home.
Each class will be held from 5:30 – 7:30PM at Red Mountain Kitchen in Downtown Kennewick. Each cooking class will be unique, focusing on produce that is available during the specific time of the season. RSVP is required.
