Book Recommendation I was honored to attend a Harvard Executive Leadership program with some great authors. Everything in your career and life requires negotiation. One of the best books is Getting to yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In (Penguin, 3rd edition, 2011). Roger Fisher, William Urey, and Bruce Patton. It addresses six 6 skills that are critical to implement when working toward a common solution. It’s an easy read packed with great tips!
