![]() Dear Members, Like all of you, the Chamber is sensitive to how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting both business and community. Without doubt, we are in uncharted waters. We want to share with you how we are working to serve our members and support the economy, while doing our part to protect public health by adjusting the way we do business. Chamber Operations: Currently, our office is open during regular business hours. We are taking precautions and following the guidelines from the CDC. Given the uncertain timeframe, we are exploring options for delivering programming in new online platforms. For at least the next two weeks, gatherings of more than 50 people will be postponed. Please visit our Facebook page or www.tricityregionalchamber.com for up to date information. Your Business: The Chamber is committed to supporting and helping our members so that you can support your employees, customers, and community. We are compiling resources to aid businesses—of all sizes—as you respond to, mitigate, and ultimately recover from the coronavirus. The Community: We fully recognize that this unfolding situation has everyone feeling anxious. Let’s be guided by facts and do our part to promote calm. Please take a moment to think of other businesses that need your ongoing support. If ever there was a time for the business community to come together, now is that time! Thank you for everything you’re doing to address the impacts of the coronavirus outbreak. It is critical we work together to communicate a clear message – Tri-Cities is OPEN for Business! Sincerely, Lori Mattson, IOM President/CEO
